Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using EmuGamers, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization. Do not use the service if you cannot agree to them.

The service

EmuGamers provides a catalog and discovery interface for classic games, along with browser-play access where a title has been configured for it. Availability, metadata accuracy, runtime compatibility, and browser-play access can change without notice. A listing or link does not grant ownership of, or a license to, any game, trademark, artwork, or other third-party material.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or protect an account when reasonably necessary to address security, fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service in a way that harms the service, other users, or rights holders.

• Do not bypass access controls, bot-protection measures, rate limits, or security features.
• Do not interfere with browser-play runtimes, upload malicious material, or attempt to probe or exploit the service.
• Do not use automated scraping or collection that creates unreasonable load or disregards applicable restrictions.
• Do not impersonate another person, submit knowingly false reports, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Creator submissions and user content

You retain ownership of content you submit only to the extent you own it. By submitting material for review, you represent that you have the necessary rights and grant EmuGamers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt for technical delivery, review, and display that material in connection with operating and promoting the service. We may reject, remove, or disable submitted material when reasonably necessary.

Intellectual property and third-party material

Game titles, marks, artwork, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. EmuGamers respects valid intellectual-property complaints and provides a dedicated Content Policy. Nothing in these Terms authorizes infringement or circumvention of rights-management technology.

Disclaimers and limitation

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmuGamers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

Changes and contact

We may modify these Terms when the service, operating model, or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.
