Final Fantasy

Bandai WonderSwanRole-Playing Game

Final Fantasy for the Bandai WonderSwan is a portable remake of Square's 1987 role-playing game. It combines a traditional fantasy adventure with menu-driven, turn-based battles and a party built from six character classes. The Warriors of Light travel across a damaged world, restore the elemental Crystals, and confront the source of the world's recurring catastrophe. The remake adds revised graphics, a more detailed interface, and gameplay adjustments while retaining the original's exploration-focused structure. It was well received as a compact modernization of an important early console RPG, although its availability was limited by the WonderSwan's regional market and Japanese release.
