Rastan Saga is a side-scrolling action platformer developed and published by Taito. The game follows Rastan, a barbarian warrior who battles through dangerous fantasy regions to reach the end of each stage and confront powerful guardians. Its design combines arcade combat, jumping challenges, weapon pickups, and limited-resource survival. The DOS version adapts Taito’s 1987 arcade game for home computers, retaining its direct combat focus and stage-based structure.
