Fun School 2: For the Under-6s
DOSEducational
How it plays
Each game is played on a nine-hole course. On every stroke, the ball is placed at the tee or where it last stopped. The player moves a direction marker with the joystick, then presses the fire button to take a swing. A moving power indicator determines shot strength, and the ball travels until it is stopped by obstacles, walls, or the cup. The aim is to complete the course in the fewest strokes.
Plan your run
Before hitting, study the path to the hole and choose a line that avoids walls, bumps, and barriers. For short putts, lower power is better; try to let the ball settle near the cup rather than risk overshooting. If the route is curved, use the walls for a bank shot.
9-Hole Miniature Golf is an early golf simulation developed and published by Atari for the Atari 2600. It recreates the feel of a small miniature golf course on a single screen, offering solo play or two-player competition.
