Fun School 2: For the Under-6s
DOSEducational
How it plays
The player controls an anti-aircraft gun at the bottom of the screen and moves it horizontally to aim at enemy planes flying overhead. Each hit destroys an enemy aircraft, while planes that get through reduce the player's remaining defenses. The action continues with faster and more aggressive waves until the player runs out of lives.
Plan your run
Aim for planes as soon as they appear, prioritize fast-moving or easy targets, and try to hold a central position to shorten travel times. Watch the edges of the screen for planes that attempt to dive past the gun.
Air-Strike is an Atari 2600 action game developed and published by Data Age in 1982. The player defends a target area from waves of hostile aircraft in a straightforward arcade shooting format.
