Fun School 2: For the Under-6s
DOSEducational
How it plays
The player pilots a small combat ship from a top-down perspective, moving around a confined arena and firing at incoming enemies. The game combines classic shooter action with mission-based objectives, weapon power-ups, shields, and cooperative multiplayer. Enemy formations become more varied and more aggressive as the missions progress.
Plan your run
Keep the ship moving to make it harder for enemies to line up shots. Collect weapon and shield upgrades whenever possible, and learn to identify which enemies pose the greatest threat. In cooperative play, guard the more vulnerable teammate and avoid concentrating on a single enemy group.
Armada is a top-down science-fiction shoot-'em-up developed and published by Metro3D for the Sega Dreamcast. It was released in North America in 1999. The game pits one to four players against waves of enemy spacecraft in a series of space-combat missions.
