How it plays

How does Banjo-Pilot play?

Races are viewed from a top-down or angled aerial perspective. The objective is to complete several laps, pass opponents, collect useful items, and finish first while avoiding hazards and attacks.

Players steer aircraft around branching courses, use weapons against rivals, and manage speed through turns. Cup-style events organize multiple races, while single-race and time-trial options support shorter sessions. Progression unlocks more pilots, aircraft-related content, and courses as events are completed.

Plan your run

What is the best way to play Banjo-Pilot?

Learn each course's corners before relying on weapons. Take wide approaches into sharp turns, then use the straight sections to recover speed.

Save useful attacks for opponents near a bend or finish line. Collect items when the route is safe, and replay cups to learn shortcuts and improve consistency.
