How it plays

How does Alien Trilogy play?

Alien Trilogy is played from a first-person perspective. Ripley explores sections of a damaged colony, searches for access items, activates machinery, and fights Xenomorphs, facehuggers, androids, and other threats.

The campaign is divided into missions with objectives such as reaching a new area, restoring systems, rescuing personnel, or eliminating enemies. Progress depends on finding weapons, ammunition, keycards, health supplies, and mission-specific objects. Encounters mix open firefights with narrow corridors and sudden attacks.

Plan your run

What is the best way to play Alien Trilogy?

Conserve ammunition when an enemy can be bypassed, especially in corridors where movement is more valuable than prolonged combat.

Search side rooms for keycards, ammunition, and health items before advancing. Watch ceilings, corners, and dark doorways for ambushes, and learn the layout of each mission before committing to a difficult fight.
