How it plays
How does Heretic: Shadow of the Serpent Riders play?
The game uses a first-person perspective. Players explore interconnected levels, collect keys, find switches, defeat monsters, and reach the exit while searching for secret areas and useful artifacts.
Corvus can use ranged magical weapons, physical attacks, health and armor pickups, and temporary inventory items. The campaign is divided into episodes and levels, with new weapons and increasingly dangerous enemies introduced as progression continues.
