How it plays
The game uses an overhead perspective. The player moves through enemy-held areas, fights infantry, collects equipment, reaches objectives, and escapes or extracts from each mission.
The campaign contains three operations made up of discrete missions. Objectives vary between destroying targets, rescuing personnel, gathering information, and surviving scripted combat sections. Weapons and equipment support different approaches, while mission completion advances the story and unlocks later assignments.
Plan your run
Use cover, corners, and obstacles to break enemy lines of fire rather than charging into open areas. Clear nearby threats before interacting with objectives.
Conserve powerful weapons and explosives for armored enemies or crowded encounters. Learn patrol routes in missions that reward cautious movement, and check side paths for useful ammunition and supplies.

Medal of Honor: Infiltrator is a World War II top-down action shooter developed by Netherock and published by Electronic Arts for the Game Boy Advance. It places the player behind enemy lines as an American operative completing sabotage, rescue, reconnaissance, and combat assignments. The game combines direct firefights with limited stealth and several mission-specific objectives, using a compact overhead perspective suited to the handheld. Its campaign is divided into three operations and a series of short missions. Reviews generally regarded it as an ambitious and technically capable portable adaptation, though its repetitive combat and simplified presentation limited its appeal compared with the console entries.
