How it plays
How does Pokémon Ultra Violet (1.22) LSA play?
The game uses a top-down perspective with exploration through routes, towns, buildings, caves, and water areas. The main objective is to collect Gym Badges, strengthen a party of up to six Pokémon, and defeat the Elite Four and Champion.
Battles are turn-based. Players select moves, manage health and status conditions, capture wild Pokémon, and evolve or train their team. Progression follows the Kanto adventure structure, with story events and access to new areas controlled by badges and field abilities.
Plan your run
What is the best way to play Pokémon Ultra Violet (1.22) LSA?
Build a balanced team with different types rather than relying on one strong Pokémon. Keep several Pokémon trained near the same level, carry healing items, and save before important battles or legendary encounters.
Check optional areas and revisit earlier locations after obtaining new field abilities. Status effects and type advantages are often more reliable than repeatedly using the strongest damaging move.
Before you begin
What should you know before playing?
- 1
Use type advantages to reduce damage and finish battles efficiently.
- 2
Keep a reserve of Poké Balls and healing items before entering caves or long routes.
- 3
Save before attempting to catch a rare or legendary Pokémon.
