Fun School 2: For the Under-6s
DOSEducational
How it plays
The strategic view presents a world map divided into territories. The player manages finances, researches weapons and cybernetic upgrades, manufactures equipment, and deploys agents to expand the syndicate's influence.
Missions use an isometric perspective. Agents can move, aim, fire, enter vehicles, use equipment, and obey individual or group commands. Successful operations increase control and income, but enemy agents, police, civilians, and escalating resistance make careless tactics costly. Progression depends on gaining territory and investing profits in improved technology.
Plan your run
Begin by securing nearby territories and investing early profits in research and agent enhancements. Better weapons and cybernetics substantially improve mission reliability.
Use small, well-equipped teams rather than exposing every agent. Pause when the situation becomes difficult, separate civilian targets from hostile forces, and plan exits before starting an assassination or kidnapping.
Watch finances closely: failed missions and excessive equipment purchases can leave the syndicate unable to field effective agents.
Before you begin
Research and cybernetic upgrades are usually more valuable than expanding too quickly.
Save before difficult operations so a failed mission does not permanently damage your campaign.
Vehicles and group movement can improve survival, but they also attract attention in crowded areas.
Syndicate Plus is a cyberpunk real-time strategy game developed by Bullfrog Productions and published by Electronic Arts. It places the player in control of a powerful syndicate competing for territory and influence in a dystopian near future. The game combines strategic management with direct tactical missions. Players research technology, equip and control cybernetically enhanced agents, and carry out assassinations, kidnappings, rescues, and other operations in city environments. Its dark setting, morally bleak premise, and unusually detailed control over individual agents earned the Syndicate series a strong historical reputation, while the Plus edition brought together the original game and additional content.
