How it plays
The game uses a side-scrolling perspective. Buster moves through themed nightmare stages, defeats enemies, avoids hazards, collects items, and reaches an end-of-level confrontation or goal.
Stages are arranged as separate areas with platforming routes and combat encounters. Progress comes from clearing levels and advancing through the dream scenario; the emphasis is on timing jumps, managing enemy attacks, and learning each stage's hazards rather than on open-world exploration.
Plan your run
Learn the timing of Buster's jump and attack before rushing through a stage. Clear nearby enemies first when they can interrupt a jump or push Buster into a hazard.
Explore platforms carefully for useful items, but avoid taking unnecessary damage while searching. Against bosses, watch the attack pattern, strike during the recovery window, and keep enough room to retreat.

Tiny Toon Adventures: Scary Dreams is an action-platform game developed by Treasure for the Game Boy Advance and published by Conspiracy Games. Buster Bunny enters a chain of strange dream worlds after his friends are threatened by nightmare creatures. The game combines side-scrolling exploration with direct combat, jumping challenges, collectible items, and boss encounters. Its compact stages use the cartoon cast and setting while giving Treasure room to build fast movement and enemy-focused action around the handheld hardware. Reception was mixed: the license and varied characters were appealing, but reviews commonly described the controls, difficulty, and level design as uneven. It remains a notable late-era Tiny Toon Adventures game for a dedicated Nintendo handheld.
