How it plays

How does Virtual Reality Studio 2.0 play?

The editor presents a first-person, wireframe-style 3D workspace in which the user lays out connected spaces and places scenery, objects, doors, hazards, and other interactive elements. A created world can then be tested from the same general perspective used for exploration.

Progression is determined by the designer rather than by a preset campaign. The main objective is to assemble a coherent environment and implement interactions or puzzles that lead the player through it. Building, editing, saving, and testing are therefore the central activities.

Plan your run

What is the best way to play Virtual Reality Studio 2.0?

Plan the world’s room connections before placing detailed objects, because a clear spatial layout makes later testing easier.

Test every interaction repeatedly. Check that doors, hazards, triggers, and objectives can be reached in a logical order and that the player cannot become trapped by an incomplete design.
