Fun School 2: For the Under-6s
DOSEducational
How it plays
Matches use a side-on, two-dimensional view of destructible terrain. Each worm team takes turns selecting a worm, choosing a weapon, aiming, and setting firing power before the turn timer expires.
The objective is to eliminate every opposing worm. Movement, jumping, rope use, digging, and carefully placed explosives can reshape the battlefield. Campaign-style missions and configurable multiplayer battles provide progression through increasingly demanding scenarios and varied landscapes.
Plan your run
Use the terrain as cover and avoid clustering worms, since explosive weapons can damage several units at once. Measure firing angles and power carefully; wind and obstacles can turn a seemingly safe shot into a self-inflicted hit.
Save powerful weapons for decisive attacks, but use movement tools early when a worm is trapped or exposed. In multiplayer, control of high ground and access to water or sudden-death hazards can matter as much as raw weapon strength.
Before you begin
Keep vulnerable worms separated to reduce explosive damage.
Check wind direction before using grenades, missiles, or other ballistic weapons.
Use the landscape to block incoming fire and create safer firing positions.
Worms Reinforcements is a turn-based artillery strategy game developed by Team17 for DOS and published by Ocean Software. It expands the original Worms formula with additional content while retaining its humorous battles between teams of heavily armed worms. Players take turns aiming weapons across destructible landscapes, adjusting shot power, and exploiting terrain, wind, and explosive chain reactions. The game supports solo play against computer-controlled teams and multiplayer matches. It was generally received as a substantial and entertaining refinement of the original, especially by players who enjoyed its tactical depth, unpredictable physics, and irreverent presentation.
