How it plays

How does 3D Baseball play?

Players control a full baseball team through batting, pitching, fielding, and base-running situations. The objective is to outscore the opposing team over a regulation game, using pitch selection, timing, defensive positioning, and runner advancement.

Matches use standard baseball innings and offer selectable teams and game formats. Progression is competition-based rather than character-based; success comes from winning games and improving tactical decisions. The 3D presentation allows plays to be viewed from behind the pitcher, behind the batter, and other field-oriented angles.

What is the best way to play 3D Baseball?

Vary pitch selection and location instead of repeatedly using the same delivery. Watch the count, protect the strike zone with two strikes, and use ground balls or contact hitting when a runner needs to advance.

On defense, anticipate the ball before selecting a fielder. Throw to the appropriate base rather than automatically targeting first, and avoid risky extra-base attempts unless the defensive recovery is slow.
