The game uses side-view or event-specific perspectives rather than one fixed camera. Each event has a short course or performance area, and the objective is to finish successfully or earn the highest score through speed, distance, tricks, or accurate landings.

Players control movement, jumping, balancing, acceleration, and trick timing with the NES controller. Events are selected before play, and repeated attempts are the main form of progression: learning hazards and improving technique leads to better scores. Competition can involve multiple players taking turns.

Learn one event at a time and repeat it until its timing becomes predictable. Safe landings and completed runs are usually more valuable than attempting a risky trick that ends the attempt.

On technical events, watch the character’s position and momentum rather than holding a direction continuously. In multiplayer, compare scores after each round and use early attempts to learn the course before taking larger risks.
