How it plays

How does Kung Fu Kid play?

The game uses a side-view perspective. The objective is to move through sequential stages, defeat common enemies, survive hazards, and overcome stage bosses.

The protagonist can walk, jump, and attack at close range. Stages require timing around platforms, projectiles, moving hazards, and enemy formations. Progression is linear, with new areas reached by clearing the current stage; success depends mainly on memorizing patterns and conserving lives.

Plan your run

What is the best way to play Kung Fu Kid?

Keep moving and avoid standing directly in front of enemies. Short attacks followed by repositioning are safer than repeatedly attacking from one place.

Learn the timing of jumps and boss patterns through repeated attempts. Approach hazards carefully, and prioritize survival over attacking every enemy when the route allows you to pass.
