How it plays

How does Little Samson play?

Little Samson is played from a side-scrolling perspective. The objective is to clear a sequence of stages, defeat enemies and bosses, and use the appropriate character to overcome different terrain and hazards.

Samson jumps and throws projectiles, Kikira climbs walls and ceilings, Gamm moves through water and breaks blocks, and K.O. flies while using a powerful close-range attack. Characters share a life supply, and the player can switch between available heroes during a stage.

Stages contain checkpoints, items, hidden areas, and bosses. Progression depends on learning enemy patterns and choosing the character best suited to each section.

Plan your run

What is the best way to play Little Samson?

  • Switch characters whenever the terrain favors a specialist rather than relying on Samson alone.
  • Preserve health before boss rooms and learn which attacks can safely be used at close range.
  • Use Kikira for vertical surfaces, Gamm for underwater passages and breakable blocks, and K.O. for aerial routes.
  • Search side paths for items, but avoid unnecessary damage when the exit is already accessible.

Before you begin

What should you know before playing?

  1. 1

Learn each character's movement before attempting the later stages.

K.O.'s flight is useful for exploration but can make precise landings harder.

  3. 3

Do not treat character switching as a limited resource; use it whenever it provides a safer route.
