Lord Xeen
The principal tyrant and antagonist of Clouds of Xeen, ruling through fear and seeking control over the world.
How it plays
The game uses a first-person viewpoint for movement through towns, wilderness, castles, and dungeons. The party advances across a square grid, searches locations, speaks with inhabitants, solves environmental puzzles, and completes quests for experience, items, and access to new areas.
Combat is turn-based and can occur against groups of enemies in the environment. Characters use weapons, armor, spells, and class abilities, while rest, healing, training, and equipment management support long-term progression. The DOS release is designed for a single player and follows an open-ended world structure rather than a sequence of short stages.
Plan your run
Build a balanced party with dependable front-line fighters, physical or ranged damage, and several sources of healing and utility magic. Upgrade equipment regularly, conserve restorative resources in dangerous areas, and return to town when spell points or health become difficult to maintain.
Record clues and quest requirements carefully. Search suspicious walls and objects, revisit locations after gaining new abilities, and avoid assuming that every hostile area must be cleared immediately. Training and class advancement can make later exploration substantially safer.

Might and Magic: Clouds of Xeen is a first-person computer role-playing game developed and published by New World Computing for DOS in 1992. It continues the series with a new party of adventurers exploring the world of Xeen, where the tyrannical Lord Xeen threatens the inhabitants and the balance between its realms. The game combines grid-based exploration, turn-based combat, character development, dungeon puzzles, and a large collection of quests. Players create and manage a six-member party, recruit additional help, and improve their abilities through experience and equipment. Critics and players generally regarded it as a strong continuation of the series, particularly for its expanded world and substantial quest content.
