How it plays

How does Mitsume ga Tooru play?

The game uses a side-view perspective and presents a sequence of horizontally scrolling action stages. Sharaku must move through platforms, hazards, enemies, and enclosed sections before reaching a boss or stage goal.

The player can run, jump, attack, and use Sharaku's third-eye abilities when available. Progression is stage-based rather than freely exploratory, with survival and enemy defeat determining advancement. Successful completion of stages leads to new areas and tougher encounters.

Plan your run

What is the best way to play Mitsume ga Tooru?

Learn the timing of Sharaku's jump and attack rather than rushing through every screen. Many hazards are easier to handle by stopping at the edge of a platform and observing enemy movement first.

Conserve health and special abilities for boss encounters. Approach unfamiliar enemies cautiously, use safe platforms to reset your position, and prioritize avoiding damage over collecting every item.
