How it plays

How does Monster in My Pocket play?

The game uses a side-view perspective. Players move through linear stages set in enlarged domestic locations, defeating enemies, collecting useful items, and reaching the stage exit. Platforms, ladders, gaps, and environmental hazards require careful movement.

The Vampire and Frankenstein’s Monster have different attack styles, while both can walk, jump, and fight. The campaign is divided into a small number of stages and ends with boss encounters. A two-player mode allows simultaneous cooperative progress when supported by the selected game mode.

Plan your run

What is the best way to play Monster in My Pocket?

Learn the timing of each character’s attack before advancing. Keep a little distance from enemies when using the Vampire, while Frankenstein’s Monster should avoid trading hits at close range.

Move carefully around pits, ladders, and scrolling hazards. In two-player mode, stay near the other character so neither player is left exposed or forced to advance alone.
