How it plays

How does Super Glove Ball play?

The viewpoint faces a three-dimensional wall of panels. The player moves a glove-shaped cursor or hand around the play area and hits the ball so that it rebounds into targets.

Levels are built around clearing panels while controlling the ball’s direction and speed. Missing the ball costs an attempt, and later stages require more accurate positioning and quicker reactions. Progression is stage-based, with no conventional character upgrades or exploration system.

Plan your run

What is the best way to play Super Glove Ball?

Keep the glove near the expected rebound point instead of chasing the ball after it has already passed. Use the edges of the play area to adjust the ball’s angle, and prioritize safe, repeatable rebounds over hurried strikes. Later patterns reward learning the wall layout before attempting aggressive shots.

Before you begin

What should you know before playing?

  1. 1

Watch the ball’s trajectory and move early; late corrections are difficult.

  2. 2

Aim for controlled rebounds that keep the ball in the central play area.

  3. 3

The standard NES controller is more consistent than the Power Glove for many players.
