How it plays

How does Tail Concerto play?

The game uses a third-person perspective. Waffle pilots the police robot Caninu through compact areas, searching for clues, rescuing citizens, opening routes, and confronting members of the Black Cats.

Progression is largely chapter-based. New locations and story events become available after completing objectives, while the robot’s claw supports combat, object handling, and several environmental interactions. Boss encounters provide larger tests of movement and timing.

Plan your run

What is the best way to play Tail Concerto?

Explore each area before leaving and look for civilians, switches, and destructible objects. The claw is useful both for fighting and for manipulating the environment.

Keep moving during boss fights, learn attack patterns, and use grabs or thrown objects when a direct attack is unsafe. Saving regularly helps avoid repeating completed sections.
