How it plays

How does Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles play?

Players move through a city map and select stages, then guide a turtle through platforming and combat sections. The objective is to rescue hostages, collect items, defeat bosses, and eventually stop Shredder.

The four turtles can be switched during play. Each has different attack reach and speed, and a defeated turtle cannot be used again until rescued. Pizza restores health, while special weapons provide stronger attacks but consume limited ammunition.

Plan your run

What is the best way to play Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles?

Choose Donatello for enemies that can be attacked safely from a distance, and use Michelangelo or Raphael when quick close-range attacks are more useful. Switch turtles before a character is exhausted so the team retains options.

Explore carefully for pizza, sub-weapons, and rescue locations. Save special weapons for bosses or crowded sections, learn enemy patterns, and avoid rushing into water hazards and moving platforms.
