How it plays

How does Theme Park play?

The game uses a top-down isometric view of the park. The main objective is to create a successful attraction, earn money, and expand across available land while keeping guests entertained, comfortable, and willing to spend.

Players place and edit rides, food stalls, souvenir shops, scenery, toilets, paths, and utilities. Staff can be hired for maintenance, security, cleaning, and entertainment. Research unlocks additional rides and improvements, while ride maintenance, ticket prices, staffing, and guest feedback determine the park’s performance.

The park runs continuously once opened. Progress comes from reinvesting profits, improving attractions, and purchasing or developing additional land rather than completing a fixed sequence of action stages.

Plan your run

What is the best way to play Theme Park?

Start with a compact layout so visitors do not walk long distances between the entrance, rides, food, and toilets. Keep paths clear and place facilities near busy attractions.

Use moderate prices at first, then raise them gradually when queues remain healthy. Research profitable rides and practical facilities before spending heavily on decoration. Hire enough mechanics and cleaners to prevent breakdowns and litter from damaging guest satisfaction.

Check finances and guest feedback regularly. Reinvest profits into popular rides, maintenance, and land expansion instead of building too many attractions at once.
