How it plays
How does Time Soldiers play?
The game uses a top-down perspective. Move through scrolling battlefields, destroy enemies, collect weapons, and reach the end of each period while searching for captured soldiers. Enemies can approach from several directions, so positioning is as important as aiming.
Stages are divided into historical settings and culminate in tougher encounters. Weapon pickups change the soldier's attack, while limited special attacks can help clear dangerous groups. Progress depends on surviving each area rather than building a persistent character level.

What is the best way to play Time Soldiers?
Keep moving in short changes of direction instead of standing still and firing. Watch the edges of the screen, where enemies and projectiles can appear with little warning.
