How it plays
How does Twisted Metal 4 play?
The game uses a third-person perspective behind the selected vehicle. The main objective is to destroy rival vehicles, collect weapons, and survive each arena or tournament stage.
Players steer, accelerate, reverse, drift around hazards, fire weapons, and activate a vehicle-specific special attack. Story mode progresses through a sequence of battles, while multiplayer offers competitive arena matches. Environmental objects and pickups can affect positioning and tactics.
