How it plays
Choose a side, pilot the selected Zoid through horizontal stages, fire at enemy machines, avoid terrain and projectiles, collect useful power, and advance through the war route. The game translates the Zoids setting into a compact side-scrolling shooter.
Plan your run
Learn the weapon range of the selected Zoid before a crowded section, keep the craft aligned with the safest lane, and preserve a state before a boss or faction choice. Record the selected nation and Japanese menu when comparing the two routes.
Zoids Densetsu, also known as Mecha Biozoid, is Nova Games' horizontal Game Boy shoot-'em-up published by Tomy. Set in the Zoids universe during Century Zero, it lets the player choose between the Helic Republic and Zenebas Empire and fight with Zoids machines.
