How it plays

How does Chameleon Twist play?

The game uses a third-person 3D perspective. Players guide a chameleon through themed stages, collect items, defeat enemies, and reach the goal while managing pits, hazards, and moving platforms.

The tongue is the central tool. It can strike enemies, grab certain targets, and help solve simple environmental obstacles. Stages are completed in sequence, with later areas introducing more demanding layouts and enemy patterns.

Plan your run

What is the best way to play Chameleon Twist?

Learn the timing of the tongue before relying on it in crowded areas. It is useful both for attacking and for dealing with targets that are difficult to reach with a jump.

Move the camera carefully before long jumps, and survey platforms for enemies and hazards. Avoid rushing through unfamiliar sections, since falls and contact damage can quickly reduce the chameleon's health.
