How it plays
Players control Duck Dodgers from a third-person perspective through several themed areas. The main objective is to explore stages, defeat enemies, overcome platforming obstacles, and collect energy atoms and other required items.
Progression opens additional locations and challenges as objectives are completed. Daffy can jump, attack, use acquired gadgets, and interact with characters and environmental objects. The structure emphasizes revisiting areas to find missed collectibles rather than following a purely linear path.
Plan your run
Explore each area carefully before moving on. Collect visible atoms while learning enemy and obstacle patterns, then return to earlier locations when new equipment or access routes reveal previously unreachable areas.
Preserve health by using ranged or gadget-based attacks when available instead of trading contact damage. In platforming sections, adjust the camera before long jumps and avoid rushing unfamiliar moving platforms.

Duck Dodgers Starring Daffy Duck is a 3D platform game developed by Paradigm Entertainment and published by Infogrames for Nintendo 64. It casts Daffy Duck as the spacefaring hero Duck Dodgers, who must gather energy atoms before Marvin the Martian can use them to conquer Earth. The game combines exploration, jumping challenges, light combat, and cartoon gadgets across themed worlds. Its presentation draws heavily on the classic Warner Bros. character and television cartoon. Reception was mixed: reviewers generally appreciated the colorful environments, humorous tone, and recognizable license, but criticized uneven controls, repetitive objectives, and technical limitations. It is best remembered as a straightforward licensed collectathon from the late Nintendo 64 era.
