The game uses a top-down view with directional movement. Players move the frog one step at a time across roads, river sections, and home lanes. Cars, trucks, and other hazards must be avoided on the road, while the river requires jumping onto logs, turtles, and other floating platforms to stay afloat. Each stage is cleared by delivering multiple frogs to their home slots, and later levels increase speed and reduce margin for error.

Watch movement patterns before jumping, especially in river sections where timing matters most. Choose safer platforms with longer travel windows instead of rushing for the shortest path. When approaching home slots, leave enough room for adjustments in case a target is occupied or a hazard forces you back. Patience is usually better than speed.
