The game uses a side-view perspective. Players move through linear stages, defeat mechanical and alien enemies, cross platforms, and reach a boss at the end of each area.

The two playable heroes share the same basic objective. Progress depends on learning enemy patterns, timing jumps, and using attacks at close range. A two-player mode allows both heroes to fight together, while each completed stage advances the story and leads to a new boss encounter.

Stay near the center of the screen so approaching enemies can be handled without being pushed into hazards. Attack before enemies reach striking distance, then jump over groups that are difficult to interrupt.

Bosses are easier when you prioritize survival over rapid damage. Watch their movement cycles, strike during recovery windows, and avoid standing directly beneath falling or charging attacks. In two-player mode, spread out enough to avoid both players being hit by the same attack.
