How it plays

How does The King of Dragons play?

The game uses a side-on perspective. Players move through linear stages, defeat waves of monsters, collect treasure, and face a boss at the end of most areas.

Choose one of five classes, then improve the character by collecting weapons, armor, shields, and other equipment. The route includes occasional stage choices, while magic and special attacks help manage larger groups of enemies. The campaign supports solo play and cooperative two-player play.

Plan your run

What is the best way to play The King of Dragons?

Learn enemy attack patterns and avoid trading hits, especially with the Wizard and Elf. Keep moving through groups rather than allowing enemies to surround you.

Collect equipment consistently and save magic for bosses or dense enemy waves. In two-player games, coordinate attacks so one player can control crowds while the other attacks from a safer angle.
