Mickey Mouse
One of the playable heroes. Mickey uses magical costumes to fight enemies and overcome environmental obstacles.
How it plays
The game is viewed from a side-scrolling perspective. Players move through themed stages, defeat enemies, avoid hazards, collect items, and reach a boss or stage ending. Mickey and Donald can switch among magical costumes, each suited to different challenges such as attacking, moving through hazards, or interacting with the environment.
The adventure is organized into several linear stages with checkpoints and boss encounters. In two-player mode, both characters share the journey and can cooperate while using their different abilities. Progression comes from completing stages and gaining access to later areas rather than from a character-leveling system.
Plan your run
Learn the purpose of each costume before committing to a route. Switch outfits when a stage presents a different kind of hazard or enemy rather than relying on one costume throughout.
In two-player mode, avoid moving too far apart. Let one character handle enemies while the other checks the route ahead, and preserve recovery items for boss sections.

Before you begin
Explore side paths for useful items before entering boss areas.
Choose the costume that matches the obstacle instead of treating costumes as simple power-ups.
Cooperative play is safer when both players stay near each other.
Mickey & Donald: Magical Adventure 3 is a side-scrolling action platformer developed and published by Capcom for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck travel through a storybook-like world to rescue Donald’s nephews from danger, using a changing wardrobe of magical costumes along the way. Each costume grants a distinct ability, so exploration and combat are closely tied to choosing the right outfit. The game supports single-player and cooperative two-player play, with the second player controlling Donald. It was released in Japan in 1995 and is the third entry in Capcom’s Magical Quest series. The game is remembered for its colorful presentation, accessible controls, cooperative play, and inventive costume-based level design.
