The game focuses on short matches and arcade momentum rather than long-term franchise management. Team selection, play choice, ball control, and timing determine progress within each possession, while successful drives and defensive stops decide the final score.

Choose plays according to field position rather than repeating one formation. Mix runs and passes so the defense cannot predict the next action.

On defense, pursue the ball carrier’s path and prioritize stopping a first down. Save speed boosts or aggressive contact for situations where they can prevent a breakaway or force a turnover.
