How it plays

How does Panic Bomber play?

Panels descend into the playfield, and the player shifts and arranges them to create matching groups. Completed arrangements activate bombs, clear panels, and can produce chains that send pressure to the opponent.

The main progression is stage-based. Single-player battles introduce opponents with different patterns and increasing difficulty, while versus play emphasizes timing, efficient clearing, and making larger chains. The player must manage the rising stack before it reaches the top.

Plan your run

What is the best way to play Panic Bomber?

Build chains instead of clearing every panel immediately. Keep the lower field organized, watch the height of the stack, and preserve useful bomb panels for a larger reaction.

In versus play, quick clears are useful for survival, but well-prepared chains create stronger attacks. Avoid filling the center and leave room to adjust falling panels.
