How it plays

How does Rise of the Robots play?

Worker-101 advances through a sequence of industrial areas and fights one opponent at a time. Battles use a side-view arena, with movement, attacks, defensive positioning, and timing determining whether the robot can survive each encounter.

The objective is to defeat the facility's increasingly powerful machines and reach the final confrontation. The game follows a fixed progression rather than offering a broad character roster or a substantial versus mode. Each victory moves the player forward, while damage and the opponent's attack patterns make cautious spacing important.

Plan your run

What is the best way to play Rise of the Robots?

Learn the range and timing of each attack before committing to a close exchange. Short, deliberate attacks are generally safer than repeatedly pressing buttons, especially against larger robots.

Watch the opponent's movement and recover after every hit. Preserve health through the earlier encounters, use the arena space to avoid predictable attacks, and treat each robot's attack pattern as a separate matchup.
