How it plays

How does Teleroboxer play?

Matches are viewed from the robot’s first-person perspective. The goal is to defeat each opposing machine by landing effective punches while blocking or avoiding incoming attacks.

The two Virtual Boy directional pads control the corresponding arms, allowing attacks from different heights and angles. Progression follows a sequence of increasingly difficult opponents, with victories leading to tougher bouts. Timing, defense, and learning each opponent’s attack patterns are more important than rapid button presses.

Plan your run

What is the best way to play Teleroboxer?

Watch the opponent’s arms and body movement before committing to an attack. Use the appropriate arm for openings and return to a guarded position after punching.

Avoid throwing repeated attacks without observing the opponent. Later matches demand patience, careful blocking, and recognition of each robot’s timing.
