How it plays
How does Urban Strike play?
Urban Strike uses an isometric overhead perspective. The player flies a helicopter across large mission areas, searching for objectives and engaging enemy vehicles, troops, installations, and defenses.
Missions can require destroying targets, rescuing personnel, collecting supplies, or protecting allied units. Fuel and ammunition must be managed, and the helicopter can return to a base for support. Progression is organized around a sequence of missions with increasing resistance and more demanding objectives.
Plan your run
What is the best way to play Urban Strike?
Scout each area before committing to a major attack. Destroy anti-aircraft defenses and weapon emplacements early, but avoid wasting limited ammunition on low-priority targets.
Watch fuel, armor, and ammunition levels. Return to a friendly base when necessary, and use the map and mission objectives to avoid spending time over empty terrain.
For rescue and escort objectives, clear nearby threats first and stay close enough to respond when friendly units come under attack.
