Players compete in cue-sports matches by selecting a shot, adjusting the aim, setting power, and attempting to position the cue ball for the next turn. The physics model makes pocket selection, bank shots, safety play, and spin important parts of successful play.

The game includes individual matches and longer competitive formats built around different billiards rules. Progress depends on winning games through accurate shot-making and tactical cue-ball control; it is not structured as a character-driven adventure.

Study the whole table before shooting, and plan at least one position shot ahead. Use moderate power whenever possible, because hard shots make cue-ball control and position play more difficult.

When no pot is safe, play a safety instead of forcing a low-percentage shot. Practice the effects of cue-ball spin and bank angles before attempting them in competitive matches.
