How it plays

How does Wizball play?

Each stage is a horizontally scrolling landscape viewed from the side. Wiz moves through open sections, fires at enemies, and gathers droplets associated with different colors. Delivering the required colors restores the scenery and advances the stage objective.

The game supports single-player and two-player play. Nifta can assist with color collection, while the player must manage movement, attacks, hazards, and the changing color requirements. Progress depends on completing the restoration task rather than simply reaching the far right of a level.

Plan your run

What is the best way to play Wizball?

Prioritize the droplets needed for the current color objective instead of collecting everything indiscriminately. Learn the layout of each scrolling section so that dangerous enemies and narrow routes can be approached with room to maneuver.

Use shooting to create safe space, but keep moving while gathering colors. In two-player play, coordinate Wiz’s movement with Nifta’s collection role rather than splitting attention across unrelated areas.
