The player guides a small combat craft from left to right through a sequence of scrolling stages. Enemies, projectiles, terrain hazards, and large bosses must be defeated while the craft's rotating weapon is positioned to cover the desired angle.

The main objective is to survive each stage, collect useful power-ups, and defeat its boss. Weapon strength can be improved during a run, but collisions and enemy fire reduce the player's chances. The arcade version is built around limited lives, continues, and escalating difficulty.

Keep the orbiting weapon aimed toward the densest enemy formations rather than firing only straight ahead. Reposition it before entering narrow passages or boss encounters, and learn boss attack patterns instead of staying directly in front of them.

Power-ups are valuable, but collecting them is not worth crossing a dangerous projectile pattern. Preserve lives for later stages, where enemy formations and terrain leave less room for correction.
