How it plays
How does Hang-On play?
The game uses a third-person chase perspective behind the motorcycle. The objective is to complete each course within the time limit; passing checkpoints adds time and allows the race to continue.
Players steer around traffic, rival motorcycles, and bends while controlling acceleration, braking, and gearing where supported by the cabinet. Courses become more demanding as the race progresses, with tighter turns and greater pressure from the countdown. The arcade format is built around short attempts and score improvement rather than a persistent campaign.
